Her Story: Jayley and I met while filming for the Toggle Sci Fi Series " Glitch " in 2018. With zero experience in working out in the gym setting, we spent a considerable amount of time building a strong training foundation in movements like squats, dumbbell presses, deadlifts and crossfit movements. It's tough for people in the entertainment industry to commit and embrace that fitness lifestyle but I'm glad she took that step. More exciting days to come!
