Romain came to me as a skinny dude who was eager to put on muscle. The journey was not easy as he was not only vegetarian but also diabetic. He had to take daily insulin jabs in order to maintain a healthy blood sugar level.
After training x3 a week consistently and numerous cutting and bulking cycles, I am proud he was able to achieve what he had set out to. Oh and did i mention? He used to be the manager of michelin star restaurant "Andre"
