Watching Royce achieve such excellent results within 8 weeks is truly impressive! He started as a beginner just like everyone else, with little experience in the gym setting. Throughout these 8 weeks, not only did he build up his foundations, he also managed to achieve bigger biceps, wider physique, and more a more well-defined body.
It was an exciting (and aching) journey for Royce as our 8 weeks fitness challenge did not leave him frazzled. Now, his weekly PT sessions are an integral part of his lifestyle. Thank you Royce for being so spontaneous and determined!
