SK started training with me in 2016. Back then, he had no experience with weight training but he was an avid supporter for Fitness First's Group Classes. He engaged in Bodyattack, Bodypump, Spinning etc. Till today, I still encourage him to go for those classes to clock his cardio.
The training goals have changed ever since 2016. Back then it was all about getting good bodybuilding foundations and establishing some motor skills. I was really mindful cause of his age and had take things easier in terms of his movement range as he wasn't really flexible.
Over the years as he got more experienced, he had developed significant improvements in strength and muscle endurance and I am confident to say he can easily go head to head with a person in his 30s. He is a role model to many of my clients.
