Vinnie & Kristine, 30+


Vinnie & Kristine started training in 2014. Back then, Kristine had just delivered her 1st child and was looking to shed fat and weight post pregnancy. Vinnie had never touched weights since high school but he was determined to change his lifestyle for the better.

Due to conflicting schedules, they would occasionally train separately. Hence whenever I have the luxury to have a 1 on 1. I will focus on gender specific needs. For Kristine I will spend more time training her lower body and focus on high volume while I will emphasise on upper body structural work with Vinnie.

When they are training together, they will have different segments that variate around couple work, gender specific training and crossfit. They are really good friends of mine and we continue to strive towards bigger fitness goals.
