They have been training together for around 2 months and they do enjoy our time training together because as a couple, especially a married couple, the whole journey is about growing together. So being able to train together, to keep fit, is like a couple activity for them.

When they are doing the same exercises and seeing each other pushing through, makes them want to not give up as well.
