Training Goals: Nurul has been running 6-7 times a week with the aim of shaping up her body and not "get fat"
After acting together on Firasat 2 in 2016, we chatted and her mindset towards resistance training changed. It is very common for ladies to be sceptical about lifting weights as they are afraid to bulk up ( broad shoulders, big arms, thick thighs) but the truth is that it's really difficult to attain such a physique.
Despite her busy filming schedule, we managed to clock in at least x1 a week training. Hitting full body each time in a condo gym with basic equipment. We took it outdoors to the fitness corners at times. Overall, we found a good balance between lifting and cardio training =)
